November's Update
November’s Community Service Hours: 7 hours Cumulative Hours: 13 hours This month I was able to finally go back home again for the first time this semester during Thanksgiving break. So, I was actually able to help out with the Hearts for the Homeless, an organization I used to be deeply involved with. This is an organization that gives free blood pressure and blood glucose screening to the underserved community of Sacramento, California. During my undergraduate years, I served as a member until I became the president of the UC Davis chapter during the 2024-25 school year. Now, I currently serve as a liaison and do most of my work behind the scenes. However, since I was able to go back to California again, I was able to serve at two of their locations again. On 11/28/25 we served at Wind Youth Services for 3 hours. This is an organization that caters towards the younger generation of the unhoused community.
